Does the device power statistics data on the App match the actual device usage data?

If device is offline due to network reasons, the device power consumption will not be counted normally during the device offline period.
The voltage and current data statistics on the App are the input voltage and input current of the device. And the displayed power on the App is the output power of the device (the operating power of the device).
Since a considerable part of the input power will be converted into other energy, the output power must be less than the input power.
Because the electricity bill is calculated according to the input voltage and input current, so what we display on the App is the input voltage and input current.
