Door lock network pairing failed?

1) Confirm the protocol of the door lock. Wi-Fi door locks require the 2.4G frequency band, and Zigbee door locks require a Zigbee gateway; 2) Check whether the door lock is in the pairing state according to the instructions. For door locks that require a gateway, check whether the gateway is in the pairing sub-device state; 3) Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the 2.4G Wi-Fi, and whether the mobile phone, door lock, and gateway are in the same space with a distance of within 4 meters.
