Dear user, if the robot pauses shortly after it is started, and the fan, brushes and wheels do not turn, it may be due to the following reasons:
- It may be that the ground environment is rough, which causes the robot's forward resistance to be too great. You can put the robot in a smoother environment and try it.
- Unplug the left and right wheels and start the robot to check if there is a pause. If it still exists, it means that the main board is broken.
- If you start the robot after unplugging the wheels, there is no pause again, it may be that hair and other things on the wheels hinder the robot from moving forward, trigger the automatic pause mechanism, and clean up the debris on the wheels.
