After sharing the door lock device with other users, why can't the user unlock it?

Hello, for security reasons, as the "Shared Device" function lacks a permission system, the door lock devices shared through the "Shared Device" function cannot be manipulated by other users. They can only view device records. Only by adding family members and granting them "administrator" rights can these members control the door lock devices.
