It may be stuck in a certain place or there are obstacles in front of the charging dock;
It is recommended that you manually charge it once, that is, use the power cord and adapter of the charging dock, and directly connect it to the charging interface of the sweeping robot; (Refer to the manual for the location of the charging dock pole and the sweeping robot charging interface.)
Please keep the back of the charging dock against the wall, and there is no obstacle within one meter in front and half a meter on both sides;
If there is still a situation where it does not return to recharge, it may be that the receiving head of the robot's recharging sensor is faulty, and you can contact the after-sales service of the purchasing channel.
