1、Check if the handle on the front panel of the door lock is properly turned. Normally, it should be in the unlocked position. If it is not turning, it may be an installation issue where the clutch direction is not adjusted correctly. Please refer to the instruction manual for specific guidance. It could also be due to an incompatible lock body, where a non-original lock body is being used. Additionally, check if the door lock is in constant open mode. Usually, you can access the lock mode settings in the door lock's screen menu and toggle the constant open mode on/off. Refer to the instruction manual for detailed instructions.
2、When the door is open, the latch should retract and extend properly. When the door is closed, the latch should securely engage with the lock strike plate on the door frame. If the latch and lock strike plate are not aligned properly, it may prevent the door lock from fully engaging. Reinstall the lock strike plate until it aligns properly with the latch.
