1、Check if there are any smudges on the fingerprint sensor and clean it with a clean tissue.
2、Verify if the fingerprint is peeling or worn out. Try using a different finger or replacing the finger to unlock.
3、Verify if the unlocking process is successful by checking if the motor is functioning and if the handle can turn to operate the latch. If the motor is abnormal, contact the after-sales service through the appropriate channel.
4、If unable to unlock, firmly grasp the handle and exert force in the opposite direction of opening/pulling. Try turning the handle. If still unable to open, contact a locksmith company.
