How to view door lock logs? What should I do if the log information is incomplete?

1、On the App door lock interface, go to member management and associate fingerprints, passwords, and access cards with the members. The logs will then display the corresponding member's door opening records.

2、If the logs are incomplete, it is recommended to reconfigure the network for the door lock and observe whether the door opening records are recorded completely over a period of time.
