1. Recognition of carpets and tiles requires corresponding sensors. Please refer to the manual to confirm if the device you purchased supports this recognition.
2. Even if your device does not support carpet recognition, you can manually edit the map and mark out the no-mopping zone on the map to avoid wetting the carpet.
