What can I do if a Wi-Fi smart door lock constantly goes offline in the app?
1. Check whether your mobile phone is properly connected to the network and refresh the page. 2. Check whether low power is selected for the power consumption type in the product information. Technically, a Wi-Fi door lock is a low-power device that does not go offline. The app does not display the online/offline status for a Wi-Fi door lock.
