What should I do if the remaining power display is incorrect after the device is successfully added?

  • Dear user, please troubleshoot in the following ways:
    1. Confirm that the battery is new and has sufficient power.
    2. Remove the battery and re-install it for the App to obtain the battery level again.
    3. Turn off and on the device. The device will report the power data again.
