Why can't I connect the smart camera to my phone?

Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. If you have any problem with adding device to the App, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:The device has entered the net pairing state.
  1. The Wi-Fi name is short and simple, and does not contain any Asian or special characters.
  2. The scanning distance is set properly.
  3. The lens of the camera is operating properly (the camera is not out of focus) and is able to scan the QR code.
  4. The Wi-Fi account and password are entered correctly.
  5. The camera is connected to a 2.4 GHz network.
If your device still fails to connect to the network after the preceding steps, provide us with your App account. We will arrange for technical support engineers to troubleshoot this issue.

  3. AP mode pairing failed
