How do I change my App account(Bound mobile phone and Email) ?

Hello, you can follow the steps below to make the change:
  1. In the app, click "Me" and select the settings icon in the top right corner to enter the settings page.
  2. On the settings page, choose "Account and Security".
  3. Click on the phone number or email option to change to a new phone number or email as needed.
After completing the change, you will use the new phone number or email to log in next time.
Note: Currently, users outside mainland China cannot change their phone number, you can only change the email address. If you need to change your phone number, please submit a request through the feedback channel.
