Each phone number can obtain the verification code up to 3 times a day. If the limit is exceeded, you can try again the next day.
Please check if your phone is out of service or has no network
If you do not receive the email verification code, please follow these steps:
Please first confirm that the country/region selected on the App registration page is correct
Please first confirm that the entered email address is correct
If you cannot receive the verification code in your mailbox, please check the spam folder first.
If the verification code is found neither in the mailbox nor in the spam folder, your email firewall may have blocked our emails. It is recommended to use an email with better compatibility.
If you still cannot receive the verification code after trying the above methods, you can submit feedback through the feedback path in the App.
