SMS notification / Phone notification subscription management
Open the App, tap 【Assistant】 in the bottom menu bar;
After entering the page, tap 【My Orders】 in the upper right corner;
On the order page, select the 【Subscriptions】 option on the right;
Find the SMS notification or Phone notification subscription order you need to manage, tap more details of the order to perform operations such as canceling auto-renewal.
Video Cloud Storage subscription management
Open the App, tap 【Assistant】 in the bottom menu bar;
After entering the page, find and tap 【More assistants】;
In More assistants, select 【Order Management】;
Tap 【Subscriptions】 on the right side of the page;
Find your Video Cloud Storage subscription order, tap more details of the order to perform operations such as canceling auto-renewal.
