Why does App shows the device has been bound to another account?How to unbind the device?

If you encounter this prompt, it means that the device has a higher level of security and is strongly bound to a single account at a time.
If you have just purchased the product and have not yet performed the binding process, it is recommended to contact the sales department for after-sales support.
If this device was previously bound to another account of yours, you will need to remove the device from the original account before binding it to a new account. If you are unable to find the device in your previous account, it is possible that you have reset the device using the reset button. In that case, you just need to add it back to the previous account and then remove it from the App.
