What can I do if I cannot pair a Zigbee smart door lock with the App?

- Check whether the door lock is a Zigbee door lock.
- Check whether network pairing was performed as instructed.
- Check whether the gateway is compatible with the door lock.
- If the problem persists, place the door lock closer to the gateway (within 5 m if there are no obstacles) to ensure normal wireless communications.
