Why are many of my camera videos not stored on the cloud?

Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. If you have purchased an event cloud storage service package, videos shot by your camera are uploaded to the cloud only when the video image changes. The cloud storage function does not support upload continuous recording. If you want to save continuous recording, you need to insert an SD card into your camera.
