Why is there no recording in the camera cloud storage most of the time?

Hello, the event cloud storage uses a trigger-based recording mechanism instead of continuous recording. Video will be automatically recorded and uploaded to the cloud only when a moving object is detected in the camera monitoring screen.

If you need 24/7 continuous recording and your camera supports an SD card, you can insert an SD card into the camera, then enter the device settings page to switch the recording settings.
