Why can't I find my device and Automation in widgets，and can only off/on devices in the widget?

You can check whether there is a small "switch" button in the App's connected devices. If there is, it means that the device supports widget function; otherwise, it does not. But you can add the device to "Tap-to-Run", so that in the widget/Widget, you can operate the device by tApping the Tap-to-Run. In the same way, you can also perform more operations on the device's functions in the widget/Widge by adding "Tap-to-Run". Automation is performed by triggering conditions, not by clicking, so it will not be displayed in the widget. Thank you for your understanding and support.
