What devices does the App support? How to add smart devices to the App?

  1. If it is your first time to add a device, you can click "Add Device" button in the center of the device list page.
  2. If it is not your first time to add a device, please click the "+" button on the upper right corner to enter the "Add Device" page.
  3. At present, it is divided into "Add Manually" and "Auto Scan". Please click to view how to use the "auto discovery" function.
  4. When adding a device using the manual add method, if you are not sure which category your device belongs to, you do not need to choose an option that matches your device. You only need to select the option with the same protocol as your device (Wi-Fi , Bluetooth, Zigbee).
  5. If you are not sure what the communication protocol of your device is, please check the product packaging or product manual for confirmation, or you can ask the salesperson for confirmation.
