I. Activate the Service
Go to the "Smart" section in the App, tap "Phone Notification" or "SMS Notification", and complete the purchase to activate the service.
II. Two Usage Methods
Custom Notification Scenario: In the App, go to "Scenes" → tap the "+" icon at the top-right corner, check the predefined trigger conditions, add "Phone/SMS Notification" as an action task, then tap Save.
Device Alert Notification Setup: In the App, go to "Me" → tap "Settings" at the top-right corner → "App Message Notifications", select "Phone Push" / "SMS Push", check the alert triggers for the target device, then tap Save.
III. Alert Delivery Rule
Alerts will only be sent if the above configurations are completed and the trigger conditions are met.
IV. Notes
For accounts registered with an email address, an additional phone number is required to receive notifications.
If you cannot receive our phone/SMS notifications, check if your phone system or security software has blocked our notification number.
