How do I add a Zigbee gateway?

Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. You can configure the network in the following ways:

Locate the wireless gateway (Zigbee) under the category "Gateway Control"
Make sure the gateway is powered on, and make sure that the phone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
Press and hold the reset button of the Zigbee gateway for 5 seconds
Until one of the two indicator lights enters a fast flashing state (red light flashes, blue light is always on)
Follow the instructions in the App to configure the network

Note: When connecting the gateway, make sure that the mobile phone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, otherwise the gateway cannot be registered through the cloud, and the connection cannot be successful.
