Check whether the device itself is operating abnormally, and attempt a reset if needed. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting the device.
Check if the router connected to the gateway is connected to the Internet. Make sure that the Wi-Fi signals are strong. Try to re-add the gateway if necessary.
Check if your device is too far from the gateway or other routers to form a mesh network. You are advised to move the device in close proximity to the gateway or another controllable device.
If the above conditions have been ruled out, your device is still unable to connect to the Internet, you can provide the App account number to us, we will arrange a professional engineer to conduct in-depth investigation for you.
