How to upgrade device firmware? Why is the device offline during the upgrade?

1. If firmware needs an upgrade, a window will be popped up when you open the App. Simply tap "Upgrade" when you see it (the device will be temporarily offline when upgrading the firmware, and will automatically connect back to the network after the upgrade is complete).
2. Alternatively, after you enter the device page, tap it in the top right corner and tap "Check for firmware upgrades" to see if any firmware needs an upgrade.

Note:Once the device firmware is upgraded, it cannot be downgraded.
