How do I report issues that I have encountered?

If you encounter any issues while using the App, you can submit feedback by following these steps:

Tap “Me” at the bottom of the App, then go to “Help Center” to view common questions.
If you still have questions, tap “Chat Bot” to ask it.
If you need a human-support entry (issue unresolved or you have other suggestions), submit as follows:

Go to “Me” – “Help Center”, then select “My Feedback” at the top of the page.
Tap the “➕” icon to submit your question or suggestion. (Selecting “Problem Device” when submitting helps speed up the handling of your feedback.)
To check the progress of your feedback, go to “Me” – “Help Center”, then tap “My Feedback”.
