What can I do if my App account cannot be bound with Google Home or Google Action?

Last Updated on2024-08-06 01:57:51
Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Please check in the following ways:
  1. If the App prompts "Google Action services are temporarily unavailable in the area where the account you have attempted to log in to is located" during binding, it means that your registered account area is Mainland China, and you need to register an App account in another area.
  2. Check whether the network or agent is working properly. Check whether a prompt such as "can't update setting, check your connection" is displayed. If a network problem exists, a loading circle will be displayed on the voice assistant page. After the loading is complete, the device list will be displayed.
  3. If the network and agent are working properly, check whether you are using the correct account, whether online devices are bound with the account, and whether any devices are offline. If no devices are online, Google Action cannot be bound. You must first add a device and ensure that it is online.
  4. If the App account has online devices, check whether these devices are enabled with the Google Home function.
  5. One Google Home account can only be bound to one App account, an error will be reported if the binding is repeated.
If the problem still persists, submit your user information to our technical service personnel, including the Google account, App name, App account , bound action name, device ID, fault occurrence time, symptoms, and whether the fault is inevitable.
