Why can't the third-party smart speaker control be used normally after the device has been upgraded with firmware, and how should it be operated(Alexa, Google Assistant)?

Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Since the device will be offline when the device is upgrading the firmware, if your network is unstable, after the firmware upgrade is completed, the third-party speaker will fail to synchronize with the device, so it cannot be controlled. Please check in the following ways:
  1. Remove the device and add it again with stable and strongly network.
  2. Unbinding with our App, then re-bind our skill and try again.
  3. Please confirm that you enter your account password for logging in to App.
If the problem still exists, please provide your account ID, your device ID and device firmware version to us,we will help you to solve it.
  1. Open up our App
  2. Enter your device and click top right button
  3. Enter "Device Info", to get "Virtual ID"
  4. Click “Check for Firmware Update”, to get device firmware version
