Please check in the following ways:
Please reset the device and re-add it. If the offline still occurs after re-adding, please check whether the device firmware is up to date. If it is the latest firmware, it is recommended that you reset the gateway device and re-add the sub-device. If the device is still often offline, please check whether the number of sub-devices under the gateway exceeds the upper limit .
