The gateway is next to the device, but the device is still always offline?

Please check in the following ways:
  1. Please reset the device and re-add it. If the offline still occurs after re-adding, please check whether the device firmware is up to date.
  2. If it is the latest firmware, it is recommended that you reset the gateway device and re-add the sub-device.
  3. If the device is still often offline, please check whether the number of sub-devices under the gateway exceeds the upper limit.
If the problem still exists, please provide us with the App name and device ID, and we will investigate further for you. Thank you for your understanding and support.
