Why can't I use coupons to pay after service application?

The use of coupons needs to be used before placing an order. You need to select the corresponding coupon in the coupon selection column to pay when you initiate the service application.

If you click 「Buy now」, a service order will be generated and you can no longer use coupons to pay in the payment state.
