What service plans are supported by the app of Cloud Storage for Videos? Can the service plans be customized?

Cloud storage package types include Event recording for past 14 days and Event recording for past 30 days. All smart camera products under this account are supported after the subscription.

The 14-day event storage will save the recordings generated in the last 14 days due to event triggering, and the 30-day event storage will save the recordings generated in the last 30 days due to event triggering. Users can also choose monthly or annual payment packages according to actual needs.

All the cloud storage packages are configured by the Tuya. Self-service configuration is not supported now.
