Why can't I see the video cloud storage service I purchased after changing my phone?

1. Please confirm whether the account you log in on the new phone is the account that was bound to the previous purchase of video cloud storage.
2. The video cloud storage service binds accounts, familie and devices at the same time. If the device that has been bound to the video cloud storage service is re-bound to a new account after resetting, the new account needs to repurchase the service if it wants to use the video cloud storage function.
