You already have an official version OEM App. You need purchase the OEM App service before you can purchase the app launch service.
Before submitting an application for the App Launch service, you must provide the complete information required for launch, and ensure that the developer account of the Apple store or Google play has completed the payment; the domestic application market developer account required to be listed has completed corporate certification.
Due to third-party app market review rules, OEM apps must provide company developer accounts in the Apple App Store(recommended the overseas company developer account), please register the software copyright and the enterprise developer account of the corresponding application market in advance for the Android App platform in China to avoid extending the app launch service time. The Android App platform in China cannot be listed on the HUAWEI App Market, Xiaomi App Market, and MEIZU App Store.
