How to get the time zone registered by the device?

You can call this function OPERATE_RETtal_time_get_time_zone_seconds(OUTINT_T*time_zone), time_zone: the number of seconds returned. You need to call this function after the device is connected to the Internet. For example, China belongs to the East 8th Zone, and the returned value is 8*3600. A negative value indicates the West Zone.
