1. First, ensure that the certified module purchased from the platform or the sample has been correctly burned with the fixed frequency firmware.
2. Incorrect wiring of module pins. The module needs to have LOG_TX (A16) and LOG_RX (A15) soldered (most WBR3 modules are unresponsive due to this reason) and LOG_TX, LOG_RX need to be connected in reverse to the serial port board.
3. Poor wiring of module pins, using excessively long DuPont wires, DuPont wire adapters, or soldering pin headers to module pins when connecting DuPont wires, etc.
4. Confirm whether this phenomenon occurs with a single module. Power supply to the whole machine or control by MCU can also cause the software to freeze.
5. Incompatibility of the serial port board, replace with a Tuya serial port board.
6. After testing Bluetooth, if not powered off and directly opening the Wi-Fi fixed frequency software mptool, it will also be unresponsive; because when testing Bluetooth, a command is sent to switch to Bluetooth, so Wi-Fi cannot be tested directly.
