What's the difference between two reset APIs: tuya_iot_gw_unactive and tuya_iot_gw_reset?

tuya_iot_gw_unactive: Only unbinds a device while retaining its data. When the device is reactivated, it returns to the same state as before being unbound.
tuya_iot_gw_reset: Unbinds a device and clears all of its data.
