Sub-device offline

- If a third-party sub-device goes offline, check the status of the heartbeat packets between the gateway and the sub-device. For more information, see Heartbeat Mechanism.
- A default heartbeat mechanism is applied between the gateway and Tuya-enabled sub-devices. Check the network signal and power status of the sub-device, as these issues can prevent the gateway from receiving a heartbeat packet.
