Blank app page during device activation

Description: The app has discovered the gateway but failed to pair with it. However, no error messages appear on the app but a blank page.
Troubleshoot: Check if errorCode:PRODUCT_OTA_CHANNEL_CONFIG appears in the log. If so, review the Hardware Development on the Tuya IoT Development Platform and add the firmware, as shown below.
