You need to log in to the Apple Developer Center to handle some agreements. Find App Store Connect, and check all pending agreements in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking section. If you are a member of multiple teams, please make sure to select the correct team in the top right corner. Ensure that this is done as the account holder, as only they can accept legal agreements.
