Log in to the platform.
Click on the "Account Center" option.
In the Account Center page, click on "Security Settings" and select "Change Password".
On the Change Password page, enter the old password and the new password.
After confirming the new password, click "OK" to make the modification.
If you forgot the old password:
1. If you can receive verification codes on your mobile phone or email: On the login page, click "Forgot Password" to enter the password reset page. On the password reset page, follow the prompts to provide the necessary account information for verification. After successful verification, you can reset your password.
2. If you cannot receive verification codes on your mobile phone or email:
1) For enterprise-verified accounts, please provide relevant information and contact the business team assigned to your company for assistance.
2) For unverified accounts, please prepare the required information and send an email to the official email address to apply. Important information includes: original developer account, company information, current account holder's name and email address, business license, and invoicing information.
Please ensure that the relevant information is complete and accurate to avoid processing delays.
