Why does the MCU not respond when sending any command to the Zigbee module?

1. If the module firmware is a low-power firmware, the module retains the downlink data, which is the module's TX, and turns off the uplink data pin RX (corresponding to MCU—TX). The MCU needs to wake up the module before reporting data.

2. Check whether the module TX and RX wiring connections are normal.
