Why does the pop-up box appear on the Tuya App's Wi-Fi network selection interface during configuration?

The international version of the Tuya and Smart Life App for Android, starting from version 5.1.0, has added a pop-up for 2.4G & 5G network detection. For applications in the European and American regions, if the currently connected network is the 5G band, the following pop-up will appear, displaying a list of SSID information for 2.4G and mixed frequency networks.
