Why can't a new PID copied from a mass-produced PID be reused if the mass-produced PID has already uploaded a cloud test report?

The cloud test report uploaded by the mass-produced PID is for its source PID, not for the mass-produced PID itself. The new PID copied from it can only reuse the current PID (i.e., itself) or its source PID.
