Can I use a combo module as a Bluetooth module?

If a device with a combo module is paired and activated and it is disconnected from WAN and LAN, such as when it is taken outdoors, the combo module then works as a Bluetooth module. In this case, the App can scan and detect the Bluetooth module, and the device is online and can be controlled. However, if you remove the device from the App now, it cannot be paired because no router is available nearby.
