After I used the UI BizBundle for theme color configuration, why did the theme color not change?

Perform the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the configurations are correct.
2. Clear the App cache by using the clean/rebuild project feature.
3. Check the Gradle version; currently, we recommend the 7.x version of AGP.
