When I use an developer platform account registered previously for login, why does the platform prompt that the account does not exist?

An account that meets all of the following conditions will be canceled by the system. If your account is canceled, register a new one.
1. The IoT account has not been used for login for 3 years.
2. The account has not been used to create SDK products, modules, cloud applications, SDK Apps, SDK panels, or mini programs/H5 pages.
3. The account has no device activation records.
4. The account is not verified by the organization.
5. The account has not been used to create cloud development projects.
6. The account does not have an associated SaaS account.
7. The account has no orders, service tickets, bills, or coupons.
