How to parse IPC's "movement_detect_pic" data?

1. Start the Pulsar SDK, and get the motion detection (movement_delect_pic) encrypted data reported by the camera. (Prerequisite: The camera has this function, and the motion detection is turned on on the APP)
(Note: do not take the value of 115, take the value of value)
2. Take value --> Base64 decoding to get JSON data
3. Call the interface shown in the following figure. If the call prompts that the API is not subscribed, please submit a ticket application
