Changing the production certificate is restricted from three dimensions:

From the product dimension, you cannot change the product associated with the product certificate if:

The product is being debugged.
The product has no associated deliverable.
The advanced features of the product have been changed.
The change causes price gaps.

From the deliverable dimension, you cannot change the product associated with the product certificate if:

The deliverable does not support authorization.

The deliverable does not support delivery based on the production certificate.

A product certificate supports only production certificate splitting and product change and does not support replacing the old certificate with a new one.
