In which scenarios is production certificate trade-in not supported?

The original order has obtained valid authorization, and the terminal is not activated. You cannot trade in a production certificate if: a. The order does not have valid authorization; b. The device is activated; or c. The project is an FFS, HomeKit, or carrier project.
