How do I apply for a refund if I use a personal account to pay?

You can submit a work order and provide a screenshot of the original payment receipt, sales contract number, and payment account. If the payment was made via bank transfer, please also provide the account holder name and the bank name. After submission, Tuya will process the refund within approximately 5 business days.
