What are the differences between strong binding, medium binding, and weak binding?

Strong binding: A device needs to be removed from the app by the previous account that the device is bound before it can be re-paired and rebound to another account.
Medium binding: A device can be re-paired and rebound to another account without needing to be removed from the app by the previous account. However, a device binding notification will be pushed to the administrator of the home or default group to which the previous account belongs.
Weak binding: A device can be re-paired and rebound to another account without needing to be removed from the app by the previous account. For IPC devices, the device binding is of the strong binding mode by default and cannot be changed because the IPC audio or video transmission is concerned with privacy. However, you can submit a service ticket for device binding mode change to the Tuya Developer Platform if you have a strong will to change the binding mode and have evaluated the impact of the change.
